House Rules
- Absolutely no parties. Registered guests only allowed on premises.
- No smoking, No vaping, No marijuana. Zero Tolerance. $1500 fee for cleaning and air ionization if violated.
- Please respect our neighbors and keep the noise levels reasonable, in particular after 9pm. Remember noise travels well on water so please be especially respectful on the dock.
- Please treat our home and furnishings with respect.
- Keep the exterior doors closed at all times.
- No Pets. We love pets, but they are not currently allowed in the vacation rental.
- Please leave the house as you found it. Keep it tidy during your stay.
- Please read additional instructions in Welcome Book.
